How do I know if this is worth the investment?

If you're spending money on clothes that sit unworn, wasting time each morning feeling frustrated, or avoiding social plans because nothing feels right – the cost of not addressing this is higher than the investment in solving it. Most clients save more than they spend by stopping impulse purchases and making their existing wardrobe work properly.

How is professional styling different from doing it yourself?

A systematic approach that addresses lifestyle alignment, proportion balance, and wardrobe cohesion all together, rather than trying to solve pieces of the puzzle separately. Plus access to styling techniques and an objective perspective that comes from working with many different body types and wardrobes.

What if there's limited budget for new clothes?

Most services focus on making existing wardrobes work better. The Wardrobe Restyle works exclusively with what you already own. For Personal Shopping, I work with stores across all price points based on what's realistic for your budget.

PROCESS & EXPECTATIONS

What should I expect during our session?

Every service begins with a video consultation where we review your current wardrobe and discuss your challenges. This ensures our main session – whether wardrobe restyle, personal shopping, or another service – is focused and productive from the moment we start.

Do I need to undress during the session?

No undressing required. You change privately in your own home or in store changing rooms. Any measurements are taken over fitted clothing and are simply to understand your proportions for better styling choices.

Which stores do we visit for personal shopping?

I pre-select stores based on your budget, style preferences, and what your wardrobe actually needs. This keeps our time focused on trying carefully chosen options rather than wandering aimlessly.

LOGISTICS

How long does a session take?

Sessions range from 1-5 hours total depending on the service, including the initial video consultation. All timing is clearly outlined when you book.

How far in advance should I book?

At least two weeks in advance to ensure availability, though I recommend booking earlier for busy periods.

What's included in follow-up support?

I check in after your session to answer questions that come up as you implement what we've worked on together. You're not left to figure it out alone.

What are your cancellation terms?

Specific cancellation policies and any associated fees are detailed in the Terms and Conditions provided when booking.
