TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
Please find below a full and detailed list of our terms and conditions. However, we appreciate that most people simply want to know ‘what they are signing up to, what costs are involved and what happens if they need to cancel’. We have summarised the answers to these questions below. We can assure you that there are no extra ‘hidden’ costs but please read the full terms and conditions should you wish.
ABBREVIATED TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Concierge & Wardrobe Restyle
$1,550 AUD flat fee for the preparation, purchasing and returning of all the clothes needed based on the client's brief. The standard hourly rate of $120 AUD per hour then prevails from arrival at the client's house to complete the wardrobe restyle.
Wardrobe Restyle
$850 AUD for a maximum of 4 hours plus $120 AUD per hour thereafter.
Personal Shopping Trip
$750 AUD flat fee for a maximum of 4 hours made up of a 2-hour pre-shop completed by the stylist before the client’s arrival and a further 2 hours of styling with the client. A total of 4 hours styling including preparation.
Any additional hours incurred over the 4hr period will be charged at the standard rate of $120 AUD per hour.
Online Preparation work or Shopping Board
$120 AUD per hour
Styling over Zoom or Microsoft Teams
$120 AUD per hour
Travel time and costs
All services include travel time and costs. If your location is further than 20km away from Brisbane city an expense will be incurred (see further details below).
GENERAL
1.1. CH Personal Styling offers celebrity/personal styling, personal shopping services.
1.2. CH Personal Styling resides at PO Box 297, Carina QLD 4152.
1.3. The terms and conditions are between CH Personal Styling and the client using the services of CH Personal Styling. The client covenants and agrees to the terms and conditions set out herein.
CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION ACT
2.1. By providing your details to CH Personal Styling, you are consenting to CH Personal Styling informing you via email of our latest promotions, fashion events, and the latest trends. The data is collected lawfully and maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.
2.2. CH Personal Styling privacy promise: We take your privacy very seriously and will not pass your details to any third party without your permission, other than where we must do so to arrange deliveries with stores and boutiques as part of our personal shopping packages. Customers are normally present when we arrange delivery of goods.
2.3. From time-to-time CH Personal Styling may send information about discounts, promotional offers, and events. If you do not want this information to be sent to you, please contact us stating that you do not wish to be sent any CH Personal Styling information. Contact us by clicking here.
2.4. As stated, we will never disclose information about you to any third party without first receiving your permission.
2.5. All personal client information including contact details, or any other personal information given through the consultation process or at any other time thereafter will never be disclosed.
PERSONAL STYLING/SHOPPING
3.1. CH Personal Styling reserves the right to revise prices and details at any time without notice.
3.2. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST. We accept payment bank cheque, or a direct bank transfer.
3.3. All invoices should be paid within 7 days of the invoice receipt date.
34. Payment for goods purchased & collected by CH Personal Styling on behalf of their client need to be covered/paid to CH Personal Styling within 7 days of the invoice receipt date.
3.5. CH Personal Styling (if required) agrees to provide all receipts of purchases to their client as proof that CH Personal Styling have purchased goods on behalf of their client.
EXTRA COSTS: TRAVEL & CAR PARKING
4.1. All travel costs are included in the services for clients located in Brisbane city.
4.2. The first 3 hours of parking during a Personal Shopping Trip Service are included; any additional parking time will be charged at cost to the client.
4.3. If the clients house is further than 30 minutes from Brisbane city an expense for travel time will be incurred after the 30 minutes and at a rate of $30 AUD per quarter of an hour thereafter.
PAYMENT TERMS
5.1 An invoice will be issued once the date, time, and styling service have been confirmed. Full payment is required in advance to secure the booking. Sessions will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
CANCELLATIONS
6.1 You may cancel your Wardrobe Restyle or Shopping Trip Experience appointment for any reason. However, please note that if a forementioned service is cancelled with less than 7 days notice a cancellation fee of $100 AUD will be incurred.
6.2 You may cancel your Concierge Service & Wardrobe Restyle appointment for any reason. However, please note that if a forementioned service is cancelled with less than 7 days notice a cancellation fee of $250 AUD will be incurred.
6.3. In the event of a cancellation, our clients will be offered an alternative date to complete their personal styling appointment.
